Orange County, Florida sheriff’s deputies tased a man after he came at them with a fire extinguisher and knives TAPED TO HIS HAND. Kevin Fraser, a specimen of the next stage of human evolution, was tased after cops showed up to a Florida residence when Fraser threatened to shoot a woman. After being unable to comply with orders to drop the knives, Fraser was tased and arrested.

I’ve seen a lot of spinals…and this guy’s a fake. This guy fucking walks. I’ve never been more certain of anything in my life.

This time Tampa cops didn’t need to tase their latest suspect to paralyze him–he already was.
